AbacusTech provides software engineering, web development, and mobile application development services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and designs created by AbacusTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client as per the specific project agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Limitation of Liability
AbacusTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
